THE ERA STUDIO

Movement-led sensory worlds across choreography, film, performance, sound and technology.

The ERA Studio is the artist-led practice of choreographer, director and interdisciplinary artist Elizabeth Rose Arifien. Rooted in movement and neurodivergent perspectives, her work explores embodied perception, communication and connection through performance, moving image and sensory experiences.

An award-recognised movement-led film and visual poem exploring grief, impermanence and our relationship with the natural world. Directed and choreographed by Elizabeth Rose Arifien (ERA), with original vocals and lyrics by ERA.

Boundless Body: The Body Speaks
A neurodivergent-led moving-image and sensory installation exploring how bodies communicate beyond words. Conceived through Elizabeth’s creative and movement direction, the work combines film, sound and audience participation.
